Belle Street Productions is a female-led production company based in Dorset, founded by Joni de Winter and Susan Grant.

Joni de Winter
is a performer, producer and coach, and co-founder of Belle Street Productions. Born in Leicester, raised in Liverpool and a Dorset local for over 20 years, she brings a grounded, no-nonsense approach to the creative world. Her career has taken a few turns—hairdressing, Zumba teaching, tour guiding—before landing firmly in the arts. She loves creating new shows, making people laugh and helping creatives build confidence, resilience and get out of their own way.
Susan Grant
is co-founder of Belle Street Productions and a professional singer with a richly varied career, from children’s theatre to performing on cruise ships. A graduate in Performance Arts from Middlesex University, she combines strong technical training with a natural flair for performance. Also an Nia teacher with a love of movement and choreography, she brings energy, creativity and a sharp eye for detail to every project—on stage and behind the scenes.
